This property is located on the waterfront of Puerto Sóller, a unique situation overlooking the sea and the Sóller tram just a few meters away.

Our studio has been responsible for both the interior and exterior spaces, caring for every detail. Two walls both stone-clad run through the home connecting the exteriors and at the same time including the living area and the kitchen. Iroko wood has been used for the carpentry both inside and outside and so giving continuity to the project.
