Mercat 1930 was created to offer a gastronomic laboratory where both the kitchens and the structure of the building are visible. The space offers a dynamic dining experience where the client participates in discovering the different themed food stalls. The design reflects that of an professional chef’s kitchen keeping decorative elements to a minimum.
